It’s very, very small, so I stuck it in the USB port on the computer right away until I was ready to use it. Turned out to be a fast data transfer as per pro, so pleased to be able to download the dataset to upgrade my car’s software fairly quickly, and ditto to upload it to the car without any problems. I then taped it to a sheet of card and filed it away, so as not to lose it when needed for the next update. Good brand, good value, very pleased with my purchase.

I've been through a number of USB drives over the years. Ones with caps (to lose), retractable ones (the mechanism breaks), plastic ones (the keyring hook breaks) etc.. I like to wear them on a lanyard round my neck at all times, as they contain my backups and utility programs. This one is hewn from real metal! And the keyring hole is not going to break, as it's part of the metal casing. And it has no need for a cap or to retract because it's full girth is the size of a standard USB plug. So, nothing can go wrong with the physical properties of the drive! Having 512gb of storage is great for my purposes. I did do some speed tests and I would say it performed below claimed speeds but in real-world use it's plenty fast for me. (I use it to store the last 6 weeks of backup 7-zip files from my computer every Friday. Transferring around 6.5gb of data / 10 7-zip files takes a minute or two, which works for me.) The drive is very small. Attached to my lanyard I see that as an advantage. But in other uses I suppose it could be quite easy to lose. But for me, the size and storage capacity for the cost make it a real winner and the best udb drive I've ever owned!

Serves the name right, micro. Small in size but not as tiny as Cruzer Fit. Metal built is really good and doesn't get crazy hot as a few other metal ones. Performance as expected. Bit pricey than others in this capacity though.

Funciona bien, pues una memoria flash USB con 250GB, y con una velocidad de escritura y lectura aceptable. Creo recordar 40Mb de escritura que está bien, pues son 250Gb. Yo la tengo instalada con un montón de música en el MP3 del coche, y como es tan pequeña pues no molesta ni ocupa, y si tienes que sacarla pues como tiene ese diseño, pues puedes engancharla al llavero. Es muy pequeña, compacta, resistente y fiable. En una escala de cero a 10, pues sí que le doy un 9.

La chiavetta è veramente piccola, ma ben rifinita e tutta metallica e dà una sensazione di robustezza; viene riconosciuta subito da tutti i miei dispositivi (smartphone, tablet, pc e televisore). Le prestazioni: in scrittura ha una cache di un giga che gli permette di viaggiare a 80-100 mb/sec. dopodichè la velocità cala a circa 30 mb/sec. e rimane costante fino alla fine. In lettura viaggia tra 170 e 200 mb/sec. costante e non scalda affatto; dopo un'ora di scritture e letture era a 32 gradi. Ne ho 5 (1 da 128 gb e 4 da 256 gb) e le prime sono del 2021; mai un problema nè un dato perso. Riassumendo: 1 - Ottima costruzione 2 - Ottima velocità di lettura 3 - Velocità di scrittura sufficente 4 - Non scalda 5 - Ottima affidabilità Questa è la mia personale opinione in base a tre anni di utilizzo di questo modello per cui non posso fare altro che consigliarla
